Whether we know it or not we all yearn to cry out to God for assistance in our time of need. The problem is that we may not realize just how needy that we really are. Our surrounding world many times fills their lives with various distractions, travel, alcohol, TV, elaborate sorts of food, and locations, etc. When in all reality our greatest need is to drawn near to God.
Next we see that David envies the sparrow which are also the most common but also are considered of the least value. Jesus spoke of this fact in Matthew 10:29. Due to the weakness of its feet is the most restless, however, both the swallow and sparrow finds a home in the house of the Lord.
So when you feel of little value in the eyes of others, or even feel restless in your soul, take hope. There is a place for you in the Lord's presence and in His house.
SO GO WITH GOD for in His presence you are valued. Remember that the God who created the universe chose you to be His child, and to spend eternity with Him in great glory.
