In this verse Solomon is reminding us of the natural diminishing of the strength of our body, the trembling hands and the stooped back. Those who study physiology tell us that the first ability to show decline is the quickness and the spring in their legs and their steps, and then the strength to stand with erect upright shoulders.
All of these weaknesses are speaking to the bodily infirmities that older person's ability to carry out his service to God as limited. The inference is that all of mankind should faithfully serve God with whatever ability the person might be able to offer in service to Him.
Notice the desire of our Lord is that we serve Him to whatever degree we are capable to give in obedience to His ways. He receives that act of obedience with joy and honor to whatever act we may be capable to offer to Him.
SO GO WITH GOD for He is not a despot over mankind, but that He is desirous to lead and strengthen those who He loves and cares for. He over and over reminds us that " He Careth for you" 1 Peter 5:7.
